LOCATION ideally a postcode or town so mileage & therefore fuel costs can be calculated
DATE or approx date / likely day of the week if not decided
PA – let us know if you plan to provide the sound system / sound engineer 7 lighting or whether we need to include in our quotes
AUDIENCE SIZE approx if bands need to provide PA so we know what size sound system will be needed
SPECIFIC ACT If you are interested in any particular act or whether you’d like a few quotes from acts in your area
